The CAPITAL SPORTS Monstervest is a universal and versatile training device for taking on additional
weights close to the body during strength and endurance training.

Thanks to an adjustable nylon strap with Velcro, the weight vest can be adjusted to fit different body shapes
and offers unrestricted freedom of movement. At the front and back are external weight pockets that may be
uniformly filled with twenty separately removable metal weights (920g each).

The CAPITAL SPORTS weight vest also has a pleasant soft padding which ensures high comfort during
training. The skin-friendly materials are also characterised by their high durability.
